Introduction

All right, so I write so many notes down on my phone and I wanted to start doing a series where I just give you all the stuff that's in my phone directly because I store this stuff for myself but I also want to be able to give it up for more people. When you over-deliver, people psychologically feel indebted to you and they feel like they need to tell other people about your product or service. Over-deliver and watch people become your customers not because you led and because you were intentional about lead generation, but because your current customer couldn't stop speaking about you.
