I recently tried out the viral AI headshots service, Try It On Headshots, which offers a hundred headshots for seventeen dollars. In this review, I will share my experience using the service and the disappointing results I encountered.

Upon signing up and uploading my photos, I received back edited headshots that did not resemble me accurately. The AI seemed to struggle with handling features like eyes, resulting in bizarre changes such as turning my blue eyes to brown and giving me a lizard-eyed appearance. While some photos vaguely resembled me with sunglasses on, most were unrecognizable.

My wife, who is Mexican-American, had even worse results, with the AI inaccurately blending various Asian features into her photos. The edited images looked nothing like her, and the service failed to deliver on providing professional headshots.
