I already have mine created as you can see right here, but what you're going to want to do is once your app is loaded inside the voices aspect, you're going to want to create a new voice. Just name it whatever you like, then add a video or audio file to transcribe. Once the transcription is ready, submit the training data, record your voice ID, and complete your submission. Wait for 2 to 24 hours for the voice to be ready for use.
After the voice is ready, start writing in Descript. You can see different voices available, including the cloned one. Use the speech capabilities to generate voiceovers that sound remarkably close to yours. It's a unique and powerful feature provided by Descript.
