How to Export a Still Frame From Premiere Pro

Education

Introduction

To export a frame from the monitor in Premiere Pro, go to the bottom of your monitor and click the camera icon. You can also use the shortcut Shift + E if the camera icon is not visible. If the camera icon is not present, you can add it by clicking the plus sign in the bottom right corner and dragging the camera icon to the menu bar. When exporting a frame, Premiere Pro will name the file in three parts: the name of the sequence, the time code of the frame, and the number of the still. You can choose from different formats and select the path where you want the file saved. There is also an option to immediately import the still back into your project after exporting.
