Tracking text to an object in DaVinci Resolve Fusion

Hello everyone, in today's tutorial video, I will demonstrate how to track text to an object in DaVinci Resolve Fusion. This technique can add a fun and creative element to your videos. I will show you step by step how to achieve this effect, so let's get started.

To begin, we will create a Fusion composition by right-clicking on the clip and selecting "New Fusion Clip". In the Fusion Tab, we will see our clip along with the Media In and Media Out nodes. Next, we will create a Tracker by searching for it in the tools panel and placing it between the Media In and Media Out nodes.

We will then track the object, in this case a hand, using the Tracker tool. It is important to track high-contrast objects for better results. Once the tracking is completed, we can attach text to the tracked path by adding a 2D text node and connecting it to the Tracker. We can customize the text, its position, size, and font to suit our preferences.

After adjusting the settings, we can play the clip to see the text seamlessly tracked to the object. This technique can be a great way to enhance your videos and engage viewers. Don't forget to subscribe to my channel and check out the links provided for more resources.
