After freshening up, I realized I needed to wash my hair but opted for a later shower instead. Today, we're headed to the transport museum in London to surprise Ralph for his birthday. I love September because it feels like a fresh start, similar to January—probably because it’s my birthday month!

Last weekend was Ralph's birthday party, and it was such a joy to see friends and family gathered in our garden, enjoying the sunshine. We hired a bouncy castle and a pizza van, and let me tell you, it was the best decision ever. The kids loved the bouncy castle, and it was a great way to celebrate.

As for the weather this week—it’s been fluctuating between sunny and cloudy, making me feel all the more excited for autumn. I’ve been watching so much content surrounding the season that I’m already looking ahead to my upcoming New York trips in October.

In preparation, I’ve curated a collection of autumn essentials, which I’ve detailed in a part one and part two over on my Substack. One item I picked up is a dark brown suede tote bag—it’s perfect for fitting a laptop and all the essentials. I'm also excited about a few new suede jackets I’ve added to my wardrobe. The trend this autumn feels very reminiscent of past years, sticking with timeless favorites like suede and loafers.

After dressing for Pilates, I wanted to look cute while running errands. I opted for lemon leggings, a Glossier tote, and my favorite shoes (which I just got back from being repaired).

Following Pilates—lots of sweaty fun—I worked up an appetite and prepared a delicious fry-up for lunch, complete with crispy bacon and a little egg sandwich.

Today, I also spent some time sprucing up my space, reorganizing plants, and planning out activities for the coming months. In line with this, I spent part of my day on Notion, organizing plans and ideas for autumn.

This includes what to watch, meals to cook, and activities to enjoy with Ralph. I’m determined to make the most of this season by emphasizing small, meaningful moments.
