Welcome to today's guide where we'll dive into BaseRaiders, an exciting new plugin for Minecraft servers that adds land claim functionalities along with numerous cool features. I will walk you through setting up and configuring BaseRaiders and share my thoughts about the plugin. Please note that BaseRaiders is a premium plugin available on SpigotMC for around $ 7 and BuiltByBit for around $ 10. I received a free copy of the plugin to make this video, but all opinions shared are my own. Let's get started!

Installation

1. Download BaseRaiders from SpigotMC or BuiltByBit.
2. Ensure you also have Essentials for an economy system. If you use a different economy system, it may work, but Essentials is recommended.
3. Download Vault; although its compatibility is listed up to 1.17, it works fine with 1.21.
4. Optionally, download Placeholder API to use BaseRaiders placeholders.

Steps to Install

1. Head to your server’s file manager and navigate to the plugins folder.
2. Drag and drop the downloaded files into this folder. Ignore the other jars; those are for personal use.
3. Go to your server console and start or restart your server.
4. Verify the installation by typing PL in the console; you should see BaseRaiders and other plugins listed.

In-Game Commands

1. Enter your server and use /base to see the base command.
2. Use /base get give [your name] basic to get a basic protection block.
3. Place the protection block to activate it. It shows holograms and statistics when you right-click on it.
4. Upgrade the generator, storage, and fuel capacity by navigating the GUI and selecting upgrades.
5. Set fuel to prevent your claim from decaying. Once decayed, other players can modify your base.
6. Increase the range of your protection by upgrading the range size.

Testing Protections

1. Switch to an alternate, non-trusted account to test the claim.
2. Attempting to break blocks, interact or PVP within the claim should be restricted.
3. Lava and other hazard protections work by preventing unauthorized modifications.

Trust and Untrust Commands

1. Use /base trust [player name] to grant access temporarily.
2. The trusted player can then use /base invite [ID] to accept or deny the invite.
3. Use /base untrust [player name] to revoke access.

Admin Commands

Admins can use /base bypass [name] to enter and modify any claim without restrictions.
