  2. Link Your Outlook Account: In the LAAS Dre platform, navigate to 'Credentials.' Here, you can add your Outlook account, linking it directly to the Dre Easy task management platform.

Task Creation Process

  1. Create a New Task: Click on 'Create New Task' in your dashboard.
  2. Fill Out the Task Details: Provide a name for your task, select the task type (in this case, “Confirm Order with Shipping Company”), set the priority, and enter a description.
  3. Compose Your Email: Under the task management tab, click on 'Email Content.' Since the email contents have not yet been written, click on 'Generate Email.' The system will automatically fetch relevant information from the shipping company.

Email Communication

Upon sending the email, you can return to your dashboard to monitor the process. Go to the 'Receive Email' tab and click it to check for any replies. If no reply is received, you will need to continue checking periodically. Once you receive a response from the shipping company, you can proceed.

Analyzing Email Replies

  1. Analyze the Reply: Once you receive a reply, click on the 'Analyze Email' button. The AI will automatically analyze the email content to extract relevant information about which orders belong to the shipping company.

  2. Provide Feedback: If the AI’s identification is accurate, you can confirm it. If not, you can click the thumbs-down option and provide a reason for any discrepancies.

Final Steps

After examining the task output, proceed to the final step by updating the order information based on the analysis results. If any orders were misidentified, correct their statuses manually.

  1. Update Status: Once you have made all necessary corrections, click 'Update Order.'
  2. Completion: Finally, return to the dashboard to see that the task is marked as complete.
