Introduction

Hello everyone, and welcome to this week’s update! I’m Steve Reinharz, the Chief Executive Officer of Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions (AITX) and its four subsidiaries. I want to start by expressing my gratitude to all of you for being a part of our journey. Your support is pivotal as we continue to bring innovative solutions to the market, and hopefully, these efforts will yield benefits for you as well.

This week, you might notice the lighting is a bit different in the video; it’s a little brighter on one side and dimmer on the other. This is due to my recording time being later in the day after an exhaustingly long week. I appreciate your understanding!

As of now, our team stands at 99 members, give or take a couple due to minor changes in production. I’m proud to say that we have cultivated a cooperative environment without politics or ego within our company. We operate as a seamless unit, leading to productivity that exceeds expectations. A heartfelt thank you to our team for their remarkable efforts.

Let’s talk about the recent press coverage, which we refer to as "ink." Almost daily, we receive media mentions, significantly more than ever before. We’re optimistic about closing another impressive quarter, as our reports for Q2, which concluded on August 31, are currently being prepared. There are no blockers, and we plan to file it by or before October 15. Kudos to the team for executing this so efficiently!

On my recent trip to another city, I had meetings related to municipal work, particularly with the City of New York. Unfortunately, ongoing investigations have stalled our progress, but we had been close to achieving something substantial.

I’m excited to announce that on Monday, we’ll release a detailed press release describing the capabilities of RADCam, which aligns perfectly with our efforts. We aim to brand RADCam as the world’s first talking camera. The design cleverly incorporates a speech bubble to signify communication, paired with a camera lens design.

What makes RADCam revolutionary is its capability to transform residential security by using autonomous intelligent response (AIR), an incredible development to combat illicit activities. You can find more information about AIR on our website where you can access our documents.

As for the RADCam, we’re gearing up for pre-orders this month, and our public beta testers will receive their units soon. We anticipate the bulk of the RADCam devices will be ready for shipment by mid-December, just in time for Christmas.

Lastly, I want to emphasize that while we may experience slight delays in our product development schedule, it’s not uncommon in the tech industry. Challenges can arise unexpectedly during development, but I’m genuinely pleased with the current progress of RADCam. The anticipation for a successful launch and the potential for mass sales is thrilling.
