Introduction
Today marks Day 76 of my Let's Transformation Together journey, and I'm excited to share my morning workout routine. I start each day by waking up and hydrating with water while performing Vraj Aasan, a yoga posture that helps prepare both my mind and body for the day ahead. After my pre-workout meal, I head to the gym, ready to focus on training my biceps and triceps.
I kick off my workout with cable extensions, which effectively target the triceps. Next, I dive into four sets of bicep spider curls, an exercise that helps isolate the biceps for that intense pump. Following the spider curls, I switch back to triceps with four sets of tricep cable pushdowns, which I find incredibly effective for building strength and definition.
Continuing with my bicep training, I perform four sets of dumbbell curls. I also incorporate single-arm extensions and alternate variations of bicep pushdowns to keep my workout dynamic and engaging. Once I've completed my training session, I make it a point to check the condition of my body. I'm thrilled to report that I’ve noticed some growth in my biceps; when I compare my current size to my older videos, it's apparent that my hard work is paying off.
After leaving the gym, I prioritize my nutrition by preparing and enjoying a wholesome meal. Proper nutrition is crucial for anyone serious about their fitness journey, and I make sure to fuel my body correctly after workouts. Later in the evening, I head out to the market to pick up some essentials for the house, marking the end of a well-rounded day.
