Create Your Own Bots: On the main screen, you'll see a button to create your own bot. For example, today we'll be creating a bot named "AB Master" to deliver randomized five-minute ab workouts.
Name and Describe Your Bot:
- Bot Name: Choose a memorable and simple name like “AB Master”.
- Bot Description: Input a concise description like “Randomized five-minute ab workouts delivered by Greek fitness trainer Adonis.”
Choose a Base Model: You can select a base model like GPT-4. Consult Poe's documentation to understand why you might choose one model over another.

Create the Prompt: The prompt serves as an instruction manual for the bot. Input the following:
