Clean audio in Davinci Resolve 18.1 with Voice Isolation in Resolve Studio

Film & Animation

Introduction

Welcome to John's Films!

Have you ever struggled with terrible audio quality in your recordings? Well, today I'm going to show you how to fix it in DaVinci Resolve without using any plugins, and I'm going to do it in just 45 seconds. Let's get started!

You'll notice I recorded my audio in OBS and then imported the track into DaVinci Resolve. Once I had the track imported, I followed these simple steps to achieve clean audio:

  1. Go to the Fairlight tab at the bottom of DaVinci Resolve.
  2. Select the audio track (in my case, Audio Track A2) that matches the audio playback.
  3. Click on Voice Isolation under the audio properties.

And just like that, you'll have clear and clean audio without any fuss. You can't beat this method for simplicity and effectiveness!

If you have any questions, feel free to put them in the chat. I don't want to waste your time, so I'll keep it short. Thanks for watching, and if you'd like to see more tutorials, please subscribe. Have a great day!
