The Utility of AI in Business
AI can be quite daunting for some people, especially if they've watched movies like Terminator. However, when used in a business context, it can be nothing short of amazing. Our primary focus today is on how to implement AI into your business landscape to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Demo Overview
Let's transition to our demo screen. I want to give a quick disclaimer that the features I'm about to showcase work only on Mac computers and iPhones. The interface I'll be using represents ChatGPT, and it can be downloaded from the ChatGPT website.
As we prepare to demonstrate, I attempted to initiate a conversation with Jarvis but encountered connection issues, which we worked through. This is a common occurrence when streaming live. Fortunately, we were able to get Jarvis to introduce himself to the audience.
Introducing Jarvis
Jarvis describes himself as a specialized AI assistant designed to support productivity and business-related tasks. He's keen to answer questions and provide insights during our webinar.
We proceeded to ask Jarvis for assistance with creating a social media post, and he generated an impeccable example. We also inquired about drafting a webpage for a product called ACT View Plus, and Jarvis delivered a content outline that could be directly used in a web page.
Generating Creative Content with AI
Next, we challenged Jarvis to create an image of a cartoon character. He generated a cartoon image of a man holding a laptop and smiling, complete with a transparent background. This flexibility showcases the amazing potential AI has in creative content generation.
We also discussed using Jarvis for investment advice based on current market conditions, and Jarvis recommended considering tech companies and clean energy investments. He underscored the importance of consulting a financial advisor for personalized advice.
Exploring AI-Assisted Transcription
Jared then presented on AI's transcription capabilities. He explained how software like Microsoft 365 can transcribe audio into text, making it a critical tool for meetings. With Microsoft Teams, you can easily record and transcribe meetings and later use that text to generate summaries and action lists through AI.
Further, Jared demonstrated how to upload transcribed text into ChatGPT for analysis. He highlighted how AI can assist in organizing meeting notes and identifying action items from discussions.
Additional AI Tools
Jared showcased AI tools like Fathom and Otter, which can record meetings and provide transcription services. These applications streamline the process of gathering meeting outcomes and help maintain documentation for future reference.
He emphasized the importance of finding AI tools that cater specifically to your needs, highlighting that many programs are free or low-cost.
