In this tutorial, we will explore how to create Disney-style 3D animated characters using AI tools. With the help of these free AI tools, you can bring your own character to life. Let's dive into the step-by-step process of creating personalized 3D animations.

Step 1: Generating the Character

To begin, we will use a beta tool called Styla AI. Start by creating a new project and giving it a suitable title. You can also adjust the dimensions based on your intended use, such as posting on YouTube. Styla AI offers various functionalities, including text-to-image conversion. However, for our purpose, we will focus on the image-to-image feature.

Upload the image you want to use for your character and let the AI analyze it. Styla AI provides a prompt description, but you can edit and tweak it to get a more accurate representation of your character. Experiment with different stylization options until you find one that suits your desired look.

Step 2: Animation with Theid

Next, we will animate the character using a tool called Theid. Login to the Studio Bid website and select "Create Video." Choose the custom character option and upload the image of your generated character. Now, you can either upload pre-recorded audio or type in a script for the character to speak.

Once you have selected your audio option, click on "Generate Video." Theid uses a credit-based system for generating videos, and you are provided with 20 free credits at first.

Step 3: Editing and Finalizing the Animation

After your video has been generated, you can download it and make further adjustments. Since we used a green screen background, we can easily replace it with a different backdrop using video editing software. For instance, in this tutorial, we use Adobe Premiere Pro to remove the green screen and add a 3D room image as a new background.

With the animation properly blended into the scene, you can add camera animations, sound effects, and fine-tune the overall presentation.
