I'll also ask it to separate the whole story into different scenes. And now we have a full-on heart-touching story, neatly sliced and diced into separate scenes just like I had in mind.

Step 2: Find the Perfect Voiceover

Now let's bring the story to life with some amazing voiceover work. For this, we'll head over to a cool website called Eleven Labs. This nifty tool allows you to generate human-like text-to-speech voices completely free. Copy the whole script from ChatGPT and paste it into Eleven Labs, then pick a voice that matches the emotional tone of your story, hit generate, and voila! You'll have voiceover narration that perfectly complements your script. You can also adjust these settings to achieve the best results. Then I'll save the voiceover on my device and keep the storytelling magic alive.

Step 3: Generate Stunning Visuals with AI

Now comes the fun part: creating stunning visuals for your animation. This is where Leonardo AI enters the scene. This amazing tool can transform your text descriptions into beautiful images. If you sign up for the free version, it will give you 150 free credits daily, which is more than enough to create around 20 images — plenty to bring our story to life.

Before starting, there are a few key settings to tweak:

1. Go to the fine-tuned models option.
2. Scroll down and select the 3D animation style and click generate with this model.
3. Set the number of images to two.
4. Turn on the prompt magic and turn off the Alchemy option.
5. Set the image dimension to 1536 by 864 for the maximum resolution.

Now we are ready to create some awesome visuals. We head back to ChatGPT and ask it to provide prompts for each scene to generate AI images specifically for each part of our story. ChatGPT gave me prompts for each scene with accurate details. Simply copy the first prompt, paste it into Leonardo AI, and hit generate. Within a few seconds, it will give you two unique images to choose from. If you don't like any of the results, you can click generate again, and it will give you two new images. Here’s the catch: usually, AI will give different characters in every generation. To get consistent characters, you have to create character details that we will use in every prompt. For this, go back to ChatGPT and ask it to generate a short description of Timmy and his dog. ChatGPT will provide the details. Copy the texts and paste them into Leonardo AI, and hit generate. Repeat this process for all your scenes and save the images you love the most.

Step 4: Bring It All Together with Luma Labs AI

Alright, tighten your seat belt because it's time to turn your images into cool animations. This time we are using another AI tool called Luma Labs AI. Just a heads up: you'll need a Google account to access this tool. Once you log into Luma Labs, you will see a prompt bar. Here, you can give prompts to generate direct text to videos. However, we will create videos using images that will give you the best results.

First, tap on the little image icon and select your image. Click on the prompt bar and type what kind of animation you want in this scene. For this scene, I will simply type “talking with dog,” and within a few minutes, it will generate a video of my image. The only downside is that there is a little watermark in the top right corner of the video, but don't worry; we will fix this issue later. In the same way, generate all the images into videos and save the videos on your device.

Step 5: Editing Magic in Canva

Once done, we'll head over to everyone's favorite design platform, Canva. We will use Canva to combine our video clips, voiceover, and add some final touches. First, click the create a design button and select the video option. Upload all the videos and the voice file and add the videos according to the scenes in the project timeline. While adding, you can stretch the video to crop the watermark and adjust accordingly. Now we have to sync the videos with the voiceover. To do that, add the voice file into the timeline, then adjust the duration of each video by going to the playback option and adjusting the video speed. This way, you can turn any smaller-length video into a longer one. After adjusting all the videos, now our final video is ready.
