FREE Adobe AI Audio Enhancer Tool: Turn TERRIBLE Audio into Studio Quality!

Science & Technology

Introduction

Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel Jennifer Marie where I teach you different ways to make money online as a work-from-home freelancer. In today's video, I want to show you this amazing free AI tool that I cannot believe is free as of right now. It's by Adobe, and they've released this AI-powered audio tool called Enhanced Speech.

All you have to do is upload your audio file directly into the website, click a button, and it will completely transform your audio. It will remove the background noise and sharpen your voice's frequencies, making your audio file sound like it was recorded in a professional studio. It takes away the background noise, levels out the audio, and amplifies it. I am absolutely amazed by the power of this tool, which is great for people who don't have a lot of experience with audio editing and want their audio to sound amazing.

Demo

First, we're going to do a demo. I'm going to try this tool out so you can hear the difference when we use it versus when we don't. I'm recording on my cell phone with no external microphone, in my spare room with the window open. There's no sound treatment in this room whatsoever—the doors are open, there's a lot of echo and reverb, and I am recording this on my phone microphone.

What we're going to do is take this audio and put it into Adobe's tool to see how it can enhance the audio. Is it going to remove the echo? Is it going to make it sound like we're in a studio? Let's find out.

After applying Adobe's AI tool, we can compare the audio difference. What does it sound like now? Does it sound much better? Can you hear any background noise like construction outside? Does it sound like I am in a studio, or can you still tell that I'm in a poorly sound-treated room? Let me know in the comments section which one sounds better.

The incredible thing about Adobe's tool is that it is completely free and does everything you need in just one click. If you don't have time to use a tool like Audacity and edit the audio manually, or you just want a quick job to get some good audio, this is an excellent tool. And right now, it is 100% free—you just need an Adobe account.

How to Use the Tool

First of all, you need an Adobe account. You can sign up using my link in the description below to get your free Adobe account. You do not have to subscribe to any membership plan to use this tool as of now. Once you sign up, go to podcast.adobe.com/enhance. You can see it says "Remove noise from voice recordings with speech enhancement." Speech enhancement makes voice recordings sound as if they were recorded in a professional studio.

All you need to do is drag and drop your audio. This is Audio Only, so you can upload your .wav or .mp3 file with a maximum duration of one hour and a maximum size. You can use up to three hours a day, which is pretty generous.

To use this tool on video files as I did, you would have to split the audio from the video, which you can do with a tool like Audacity (also free) or with your video editor. Just extract the audio from the video. If you don't know how to do that, let me know in the comments section, and I can do a video on that as well.

After you have extracted your audio, drag and drop your audio file by clicking "Upload," locating your audio file, and double-clicking it. It will say, "Enhancing Speech," and it may take a couple of minutes depending on your file size. Larger files may take up to 10 minutes.

Test and Download

Before you download the file, you can test it out. If we turn off Enhanced Speech, let's see what the original file sounded like:

Original Audio: "Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel Sparkle English where I teach you how to improve your level of English. So in today's video, we're going to be talking about some of the most commonly confused words in English. We're going to talk about the difference between its, it's, your, and your, there and there, and a lot of other different words."

Now let's turn on Enhanced Speech and see what it sounds like:

Enhanced Audio: "Commonly confused words in English. We're going to talk about the difference between its, it's, your, and your, there and there, and a lot of other different words."

You can see the incredible difference this tool makes. In this file, I recorded it on an external microphone in my office but didn’t remove any background noise.

To download the enhanced audio file, just click "Download," and you’ll have a .wav file that you can use. You can upload this file for your podcast, YouTube video, TikTok, or clearer audio for transcription. If you are doing this for a video, simply combine this with your original video file, and you'll have crystal-clear audio.

I hope you enjoyed this video. Make sure to subscribe to Jennifer Marie for more videos like this one where I explore more free AI tools. Thanks for watching, and I’ll see you in my next tutorial.
