How I Make ORIGINAL AI Videos for Faceless YouTube Channels [FULL COURSE]

In the past 365 days, I've made over $ 250,000 with YouTube Automation. One of my channels posted its first video exactly one year ago. Today, the channel boasts over 100,000 subscribers and more than 10 million views, resulting in well over $ 40,000 just from ad revenue.

Getting Started with YouTube Automation

Step 1: Creating Your YouTube Channel

If you haven't created a channel before, head over to YouTube. Click on your Google profile in the top right, then on "Switch account" and "View channel."

For creating a channel name, I like to use ChatGPT. Ask it to suggest channel names for your niche. Once you pick one you like, paste it into YouTube. Next, head back to ChatGPT and ask it to create a channel description. You can even ask it to add some emojis here and there to make it more lively.

For the profile picture, you can design one yourself in Canva or use ChatGPT for design ideas. Then, generate the AI image for free using Leonardo AI. Once you have your profile picture ready, upload it to YouTube.

Don't worry too much about designing a banner, spend more time on competitor research instead.

Scripting Your Video

Writing a script is one of the most important parts of the entire video. If you have a bad script, your video won’t get any views. For creating scripts that sound like they’re written by a human, use DubDub (or duub). Click on "AI voiceover" and write a prompt. Once the script is ready, copy it and paste it into a Google Doc for easy access later.

Creating the Voice Over

For the voiceover, you can either record your voice or use AI. I recommend 11 Labs for text-to-speech. Pick a voice that fits your niche and paste in your script. Edit the voiceover later to make it sound more natural.

Generating Footage

Open ChatGPT and enter your scripts to generate image prompts. Use Leonardo AI to generate those images with specified prompts. Add a secret animation trick by clicking on motion and dragging the motion strength down to three.

Adding Music

Choose appropriate music. Avoid blasting trending songs that don’t fit your niche. Copyright-free websites like Pixabay are good sources.

Editing Your Video

Use CapCut or any other video editing software:

  • Cut out the pauses and overlap the clips for better pacing.
  • Import your music and animated images.
  • Add transitions and effects.
  • Utilize auto captions for easier script-following text.
  • Add engaging text templates and sound effects.

Creating the Thumbnail

Use Canva to create an eye-catching thumbnail. Upload images and add text layers. Adjust the font and colors to fit the vibe of your video. Enhance it with added elements like "Golden dust.”

Posting Your Video

Optimizing with SEO and keywords is crucial. Use features like VidIQ to identify key search terms. For the title and description, ask ChatGPT for ideas. Lastly, upload your thumbnail and publish the video.

Monetizing Your Channel

Besides ad revenue, focus on selling digital products that solve problems for your audience. This can significantly increase your income, even if your channel is smaller.
