Introduction

I started my small business at eight years old—well, not exactly, but that's where my passion began. In 2008, my dad and I traveled the world, and I fell in love with the hospitality experience at hotels. I realized people only get one vacation a year, and the hotel staff either make it one of the best experiences or one of the worst. My dream job was to own my own resort, so I got an internship, but then I absolutely hated it.

I moved back home to Colorado and began doing some influencing work and selling clothes on Poshmark. But then the pandemic hit. What the heck was I going to do with my life? I downloaded TikTok to pass some time. People were making stickers, and I thought it was cool, so I Googled how to do it, created my own company, and graduated with a degree in marketing. I got employees and a warehouse—yay! No, I lost my passion. I lost my why. I'm burned out, and that's why I need to bring it back.
