Introduction
Introduction
Have you seen the trend of AI-generated content featuring old clips or memes on YouTube Shorts and TikTok? It's currently very popular. In this article, we'll dive into how you can create these types of videos yourself. Let's get started!
Finding a Clip or Meme
First, you need to find a clip or meme you want to use. For this demonstration, I will recreate a conversation between Trump and Biden where they appear to kiss. You might have seen this type of video before. I found the conversation on YouTube.
Taking a Screenshot
To start, take a screenshot of a good moment using the program LightShot. Here’s a link to the program. All you need to do is press the Print Screen key on your keyboard, select the window, and then press Enter. The screenshot will be saved in the LightShot folder.
Using Luma Labs AI
Next, go to the Luma Labs AI website. Create an account on this website, then upload your screenshot or picture. You need to type a prompt you want; you can ask ChatGPT for a better prompt if needed. Some prompts are not allowed, so be creative or ask ChatGPT for ideas. For my Trump and Biden video, I used the prompt "make it kiss."
You might have to wait a while because the website is very popular. It can take minutes or even hours. If you want faster results, you can invest in a subscription on the website. Sometimes the results may not be great, and you might need to try again. It took me a couple of attempts to get a good result. Once you get a satisfactory result, download it.
Downloading the Original Video
Then, download the video from which you took the screenshot. You can use 4K Video Downloader for this. Here’s a link to the program.
Editing the Video
Now, we need to make the video. Open your editing program and import the AI-generated video and the original video. I use Premiere Pro, but CapCut will work as well. I just add zoom to insert the clip for a nice effect.
Find a good moment in the original clip, cut it, and place the AI video after it for a nice result. It might look really weird, but you can improve the video by changing the black bars to a blur background and adding subtitles to increase engagement.
Conclusion
Knowing how a trend works can significantly improve your content creation process. Have fun creating unique and engaging AI Vine Niche Shorts or TikToks!
