How to Get Started on VEED
Hey everyone! My name is Alec, and in this article, I'll guide you on how to get started with uploading, editing, and sharing your videos using VEED.
Step 1: Signing Up and Starting a New Project
After signing up, you'll find yourself in the Creator Dashboard. Here, you can select 'New Project' to choose how you want to upload your media. You have several options for uploading:
- Choose a video or audio file from your computer.
- Record directly with your built-in webcam and microphone.
- Add a file from your Dropbox.
Once you've recorded or uploaded your video file, you will see your video clip sitting at the bottom of your screen in the video timeline.
Step 2: Exploring the Editing Features
Now, let's take a look at some of the editor's main features. Over on the left-hand side is the editing toolbar where you can access:
- Automatic subtitle generator.
- Video translating.
- On-screen effects like audio visualizers.
- Pre-built transitions to help you create video montages.
Step 3: Exporting and Sharing Your Video
Once you've finished editing your video, exporting your project is simple:
- Click 'Export' in the top right corner.
- Select 'Export Video.'
- After your project has finished rendering, you can either share your video directly by copying the link or downloading your video to your computer as an MP4 file.
And now it's over to you. Good luck, and thanks for reading!
