Writing Your Text

  1. Start by Writing Your Text:
    • Select the Text Tool and create your text on the canvas.
    • Choose the font that you like best for your text.

Preparing the Image

  1. Duplicate the Image Layer:

    • Select the image layer and press Ctrl + J to make a copy.
    • Drag the copied layer to the top of the layer stack.
  2. Isolate the Subject:

    • Go to Select -> Subject to select the main subject of the image.
    • Add a layer mask to this layer to isolate the subject onto its layer. Now, you will have the subject separated on one layer as shown.

Merging Text and Image

  1. Duplicate the Text Layer:

    • Choose the text layer and press Ctrl + J to make a copy.
    • Drag this copied text layer on top of the layer stack.
  2. Apply a Stroke Effect:

    • Go to Layer Style and choose Stroke. Follow these settings to get the desired stroke effect.
    • When you're finished, press OK.
    • Reduce the fill of the text layer to 0%.
  3. Link the Text Layers:

    • Select both text layers by holding Ctrl and clicking on each text layer.
    • Link them together by clicking on the link icon. Now, you can move around the text as you desire.
