We even have spicy models tailored for genres encompassing violence, explicit scenes, and other intense themes, ideal for romance and action thriller writers.

Using Raptor Write

After acquiring your Open Raptor key (instructions are available in the tool), you can create a new project. Let's start by naming it Demo Project. You will find a large chat interface that acts similarly to other chat applications.

For instance, you can prompt Raptor Write with a query like:
“Write a science fiction thriller set in the distant future with aliens and faster-than-light travel. Can you provide ten story ideas?” By pressing the LLM run button, the AI will generate responses.

If the output doesn't meet your standards, you can either rerun the generation or provide feedback using thumbs up/down buttons. Once you find an idea you like—let's say “Humanity receives a single cryptic message”—you can then create a novella based on that concept.

Next, you can ask the AI for a writing style description and themes, and this will serve as your guide. Remember to continually save your projects along the way.

Character Development

To create depth in your storytelling, you’ll want to develop your characters. You can generate character descriptions by requesting the AI to provide vivid details that align with your project’s tone and style. Using a separate document, enable the toggle that includes previous documents in the prompt to create cohesive character arcs.

Once you have your character descriptions, it’s time to create a structured writing outline. Ask the AI for a complete writing outline for your story, specifying your intentions for chapter lengths, themes, and connections between chapters.

Writing Your Chapters

With a well-structured outline, you can proceed to write chapter drafts. Start by generating a writing brief for your first chapter. Once you’re satisfied with chapter one, save it and use it as the basis to create subsequent chapters. Remember that each chapter feeds into the next one, promoting continuity throughout your story.

As you refine your writing, don’t forget to tailor dialogues to make them authentic and unique to your characters. This involves editing the AI-generated text until it aligns with both your style and story objectives.
