Data Management Features

One of the standout features is the ability to manage how much data is displayed. You can set an option limit to showcase only a specified number of responses—perfect if you want to streamline the information presented to your audience.

Additionally, if your form is collecting ongoing data, you can generate reports tailored for certain timeframes—like the current day, last three days, or custom date ranges.

Finalizing and Sharing Your Report

Preview your report to ensure everything looks great, and easily download it as a PDF. The publishing options are also flexible; you can keep the report private and invite others with a verified Jotform account to view it. Alternatively, you can make your report public, enabling you to embed it on your website or share a link.

Setting up a shared report comes with customizable options, such as including a print or download button for your viewers.
