Introduction

When the wife, strong as a bull, decided to tackle the cramped kid's bedroom filled with two beds, she knew it was time for a change. The previous setup, which offered little privacy and was plagued by constant sibling squabbles, was no longer working. Frustrated, she took on the challenge to clear everything out and redesign the space into a more pleasant environment.

To start her redesign, she used gypsum board to create two separate spaces within the room. This solution was simple, stylish, and timeless, instantly enhancing the functionality of the area. To ensure comfort and air circulation, a fan coil unit was installed with an extended air outlet.

The innovative bed frames were built from galvanized steel, which not only provided durability but were also covered in eco-friendly wood veneer. These beds featured handy storage space underneath, perfect for stowing away out-of-season clothes. To add comfort, soft folding mattresses and padded walls made each bed a cozy retreat.

Tall cabinets were positioned strategically to act as both partitions and storage for children’s books, with lower drawers designed for the kids' secrets. The implementation of folding windows enhanced the ambiance by allowing good lighting and air circulation, creating a cozy environment for the siblings to chat and study together.

In the design, high bookshelves stretched to the ceiling, providing ample storage space while two curved doorways with integrated lights were added in the center of the room. For added accessibility to study tables at the end of each bed, wooden boxes with storage drawers also served as steps. Gauze curtains were thoughtfully installed to provide additional privacy, giving each child a personal space for studying and relaxation.

Opposite the beds, a large wardrobe was thoughtfully designed to keep things organized. This wardrobe allowed for the hanging of both long and short clothes separately, ensuring a tidy and efficient storage solution.
