    The keema is made with Sainsbury's frozen mince, seasoned with curry powder, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, chilies, garlic, paprika, and salt. When Paul was caramelizing the onions, I thought about how some people become immune to the sting of onions, while I still find them a tearjerker.

    Fresh pomegranates can be a hassle to prepare, but I opted to buy a fresh one since the pre-packed versions weren't available. Trust me, this meal is going to be exquisite!
