shadowhunter going for 40 set now (1/3) | Lost Ark

Gaming

Introduction

Alright, let's cut to the chase. You already know the Shadowhunter 1620, or if you don't, well, now you do. I mean, you likely knew because of the title if you clicked on this video anyway. Who's ready to cut some Elixir? Let me buy some and then some more; we're going to do ten Elixirs at a time because that's how we roll here. You already know the vibes. I just woke up, ready to make extra horrible decisions.

Basically, I don't have any Elixir worth keeping, really. The 42 set piece is keepable if I have to, but everything else really needs to be improved. 41, 42, 43—I cut the weekly vendor Elixir on this character and got a 52, which, again, is not very good, so all of it needs to be replaced. Let's get into it.

Starting off with boss damage, I wish they made this faster or at least improved it in any way possible. Picking effects would be nice, but hey, at least they made it half off. Thank God, which, let me be clear, is completely good and necessary, but other things should have been done to this system as well. Let's move on.

We'll do 10 Elixir at a time. Increase the transmutation rate for a free little transmute? Pretty good. Distribute all the levels of one effect with the highest level among the others? Sure. It's either potion poisoning or attack power—neither is particularly great, but whatever. We hit a plus three on blessing of life, of course.

I have to go purple here, so we take that for sure. Seal the attack power effect. I have to roll this blessing of life for boss damage or swap it. Sure, I mean, this Elixir is not looking great. I don't want to swap them; stop asking me. I had to burn both rolls. At least my attack power is level five as long as you don't make me seal attack power.

I mean, potion poisoning it is. You'll redistribute, sure. What do we got here? Boss damage—if it great successes, it's a 52, which still isn't great, but an upgrade if it does, which it doesn't. Not the greatest, it is what it is.

Man, critical gloves, that's good because this is by far the shittiest set effect, so a five anything is infinitely better. We go for the gamble; this is good. Transmutation weapon power, sure. It hits critical and great successes, creation chance at the free node resource, blessing just to see the enhanced option. It's like a soft seal again, so I guess I'll do resource blessing. It's a 5%, it might as well be sealed. Gets rid of the thing that I did—that's just so good I probably should just take it. Yeah, lowest level by one other effect will lose two levels—that's not ideal.

I have to take purple on six. Decrease weapon power—I think I have to take it just to get critical to five by any means necessary. Now I have to just sit middle and hope we naturally summon to critical, preferably with some great successes. We don't consume an attempt. I'll seal higher percent rather than the lower percent. Still, weapon power, yeah, that's fine because it’s not going to be a weapon power Elixir—it's going to be critical stagger most likely. Okay, we'll enhance an option on Grandma.

I guess I roll this and we try to cut another Elixir because this one's not it, Chief. Randomly redistribute—also not helpful at all. One critical that we were able to cut was not it, unfortunately. Maybe we'll get lucky; who knows. Cutting another Elixir, this is not great—it is what it is.

Weapon power—okay, we got crit damage, that's a good one. Are you satisfied? Let's make sure great success by every—I mean, I take the great success over the random effect since I'm playing for the long term.

This is really good—I’ll take this. Lowest level by one other effect will lose two levels—that's not what I'm looking for. I can't take that. I mean, lowest level by one other effect will lose two levels—again, not helpful. It’s not helpful like at all—I have to go purple. I guess I sit on Grandma; this is fine.

Honestly, a redistribute now would be pretty fire. A full redistribution but would have to get it on purple on a seal step, though. Ceiling weapon power is fine, but we’re seeing it too late.

We roll for the gamble because if it great successes on the other one, I mean that's a 5-5. I got to do the gamble—hit the plus two, do we hit the great? We don't, 54—terrible general Elixir. I mean, we take what we can get in this economy, beggars can't be choosers, as they say.

Additional damage is definitely a rollable one. I love the potion poisoning.

Great success for all effects. Sure, we'll start off strong with some extra decks. I love me the great success as I think it is something that is required to make a good Elixir. 53% chance, and it decided not to. I mean, we’re just reducing it again, but I want to see the enhanced option seal the effect I select. I don't think it is worth taking.

At least with the way that I do Elixir, there's too much that I need. Extra order might be worth it for me just for the roll or go for the roll. Shuffle levels for all effects. I'm not super happy about this. Take the great success on Critical. Okay, let's reset the whole Elixir. Because I don’t need another general Elixir, especially not one with such bad stats.

Another additional damage, it’s like the Elixir literally just decided to start over. Maybe this one will go better. Okay. Another gamble, with 20% great success. It’s really good, especially as a plus two for more great success chances later.

Hopefully Grandma gives us a good option as well.
