Together, we will work to remind your mind that you are safe, to help you reset your stress response. I see how hard you work and all that you hold in your heart. I am proud to support you in this journey of healing, especially since many of us face issues like stress and anxiety on a daily basis.

Throughout the session, I will incorporate soothing elements such as Aura M oras spray, which was charged under the lunar eclipse, along with stones like Amethyst and Rose Quartz. We will also enjoy Rose and Lavender tea, both well-known for their calming effects.

Starting out, we'll cleanse our energy and set intentions with a candle before diving into gradual relaxation techniques. First, we’ll share practical advice for dealing with stress, and then we will engage in a deeper form of stress relief to help you eliminate it altogether.
