Step 1: Set Preferences
First of all, open Photoshop and go to Edit > Preferences and select Camera Raw. Make sure you are using Adobe Camera Raw version 13.2 or later. If your version is outdated, please update it to utilize this feature.
Step 2: Configuring JPEG Handling
In the Camera Raw settings, change the JPEG Handling option to 'Automatically open all supported JPEGs'. By doing this, you are telling Photoshop to open all supported JPEGs in Camera Raw. Click OK to save the settings.
Step 3: Open the Image
Now, open the image in Photoshop. You can either use the File > Open option or simply drag and drop the image into Photoshop.
