Each program has a specific affiliate registration form to share. To get the registration link of a program, click the link icon on the program list, then click copy and send it to your affiliates or share it on your channels, such as email, social media, or your blog. On the dashboard, there's also a registration link to your default program which can be easily shared. To customize your registration form, go to settings and navigate to "Affiliate Registration." There, you can add more fields to collect more information from affiliates or change the color to match your brand.

Affiliate Engagement

Next, it's time to see how an affiliate approaches your program. Once an affiliate signs up, they need to wait for your review. After you activate the affiliate, they can fully engage with their account. On their dashboard, affiliates can copy their affiliate link or coupon to share with their audience. When a customer buys the products through an affiliate link or applies an affiliate coupon at checkout, the system will record this order as a referral order, resulting in commissions for the affiliates. The affiliate can see all important data of their performance, such as clicks, sales, and commissions, in the form of graphs and tables.

Once a referral is recorded, UpPromote will send a notification email to you. The referral status will also be shown on the "Referrals" tab on the merchant's account for approval or denial. For manual payout, UpPromote helps you mark the referrals as paid, but the transaction needs to be done outside of the app. Regarding the automatic options, you can either pay with store credit or integrate with PayPal to pay within the app.
