Introduction
You can now leverage the Azure open AI service within PowerApps and Power Automate by utilizing AI Builder. In this article, we will explore how to quickly summarize emails using this model.
To begin, within your Power Automate flow, add a new action and search for "Create text with GPT preview." Specify the prompt by choosing "Summarize text" from the available list. In the prompt, input the email that you want to summarize. Following this, proceed to remove any placeholder text.
Next, add an action to send the generated summary to Teams. Include both the summarized text and the original email content in the message to Teams. This will provide both the summary and the context of the original email to recipients.
