As I wandered through the aisles, I stumbled upon various new products. I came across some intriguing body washes, including the Lumi line, which I hadn’t tried before. Given my experience with the deodorant, I'm not so sure about trying the wash now. I also found an overwhelming number of scented candles! The Banana Nut Bread candle caught my nose immediately—it smelled divine! I ended up going home and lighting it; it truly transformed the room.
Cleaning Supplies
Next, I moved to the cleaning supplies section where I found the much-talked-about Downey beads. Although they smelled amazing, I was taken aback by the price, almost $ 15 for a small bottle. I was determined to find a good deal, so I went on to see what else Walmart had to offer. I found other scents that were equally enticing, but it seems like prices in just about everything have skyrocketed!
Grocery Needs
Since I don’t venture into stores as often these days, I did a quick grocery shop for essentials like vegetables, some ingredients for a homemade catfish po-boy, and my go-to Arm & Hammer detergent. I’ve also switched back to using Irish Spring soap, as I’ve been making changes to my hygiene routine, especially in light of recent changes my body is going through.
