WebSim.AI Tutorial: Create Any Website Within Minutes

Hello everyone and welcome back! Today, we're going to be using WebSim.AI to create our own website. WebSim.AI is one of those platforms that might initially seem intimidating, but it’s incredibly powerful and versatile once you get the hang of it.

Step 1: Getting Started

Simply head on over to web., and on the top right, click on "log in" or "sign in." We're going to sign in with Google to make this easier. Just click "continue" over here, and your profile will be set up. You'll see your profile icon on the top left, along with a homepage, a refresh option, and different creations with WebSim.

Step 2: Using the AI

On the top, there’s a search bar that says, "What would you like to create today?" Here, you can choose the AI model type. WebSim offers several models including OpenAI's GPT-4, and legacy models like HauSonic 3 and Opus. We're using the Son 3.5 model for its speed and intelligence.

Type in your query. For example, "I want to create a portfolio website for my family photography business." WebSim will take all this information and generate a template for you. You can bookmark or download this template.

Step 3: Customizing the Template

The generated template will have sections like a hero area where people can book a session, a gallery to showcase your work, services offered, and a contact page. You can now edit this basic structure.

Provide more detailed information to WebSim for a better result. For instance, include detailed service descriptions like family portraits and events.

Step 4: Converting to a Real Website

Once satisfied, you'll have an HTML file downloaded. There are multiple ways to proceed from here:

Pantheon

  1. Creating a Site: Log into Pantheon, sign up for free if you haven’t already.
  2. Deploying WordPress: Create a new site, name it (e.g., Lily's Family Photography), and continue.
  3. Deployment: Click on "deploy" to install WordPress.

Pantheon allows you to manage the backend of your site, including hosting databases and files.

WordPress Plugins

  1. Install Plugins: In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
  2. HTML Converter: Install an HTML converter like "Insert HTML Snippet" to embed HTML sections into your site.

You can either integrate HTML sections directly or edit the code to match your WebSim-generated structure.

Step 5: Advanced Features

WebSim.AI is not limited to creating the structure. It can also generate content like text and even AI-generated images. For instance, entering "create content for my photography website" will produce various sections that can be included directly into your site.
