Credits work like currency on our platform and are used for AI tools and features-not for downloading content. Each AI tool has a different cost, which you can check in the table. You can use your credits however you like across different tools. We reserve the right to update credit costs at any time, without prior notice. If you're on an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront, and they reset every year. If you're on a monthly plan, credits reset every month. Heads up: Unused credits don't roll over to the next month. But if you upgrade your plan or switch from a monthly to an annual subscription, your unused credits will carry over. Ultra Annual is different: each month on your billing day you receive 1/12 of your annual credits (e.g. 500 credits/month for the standard Ultra plan). Each monthly drop expires on your next billing day. Ultra Annual credits are for in-app use only - not for API calls.

Yes, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) to ensure uninterrupted access to your plan benefits. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Unlimited lets you generate content without spending credits on supported models, resolutions, or quality tiers included in your plan. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we manage system resources dynamically: • Dynamic Speed Adjustment: Generation speed and concurrency may temporarily vary during periods of exceptionally high system load or peak traffic hours. • System Stability: Processing limits and concurrency may adjust dynamically during high load to maintain reliable platform performance for all users on unlimited plans. • Credit Mode: You can turn off Unlimited at any time to generate faster using credits. Simply switch to Credit Mode to bypass the standard queue and return to maximum speed instantly. • Fair Use: This feature is designed for personal, human use only - automation tools, credential sharing, or reselling access are strictly prohibited. • Account Review: If unusual activity is detected, Unlimited access may be temporarily paused for manual review by our Support Team and restored once normal usage is confirmed. • Ultra annual plan: Image generation supports up to 12 concurrent unlimited tasks, while video generation supports up to 6. When queue volume is high, tasks may be processed in batches to ensure stable performance and a consistent generation experience for all users.

365 Unlimited promo gives you one year of unlimited generations on the specific models and specific resolutions listed in each plan's card. Key Features: • Your unlimited access for these models and specific resolutions remains active every day for one full year from the moment of purchase • These models and resolutions remain available as long as your subscription is active • If you cancel your subscription or switch to a lower plan that doesn't include 365 Unlimited, unlimited access stops immediately when your current plan ends • If you upgrade, your unlimited access continues for the full 12 months • The promo applies to both new users and existing active subscribers of eligible plans at the time of the promotion • Every time the promo activates, all currently active subscribers of eligible plans automatically receive an additional 1-year extension of their unlimited access from the moment the promo starts Important Notes: • For other models or other resolutions, the number of unlimited access days is specified on each model's icon on the pricing page • Unlimited generations run in the standard queue, while credit-based generations always run in the priority queue • Any signs of automation, scripting, or non-human activity can result in a temporary pause of your unlimited access for manual review. The exclusive 1000-credit pack offers the lowest per-credit price and is reserved for Ultra Annual and Business Annual subscribers. High-level members (Business/Annual) cannot directly downgrade to a lower membership level (Pro/Monthly). However, you can manually cancel your subscription and then re-enroll in a lower membership plan.
