I recently received a Chanel beauty order that got me all fluttered! I brought it with me as I didn't have time to unbox it at home. It’s unusual to see Chanel beauty products on promo, making this discovery all the more thrilling. Among the items, I picked up two shades of cream-to-powder blush, which I could not wait to try!

In my last vlog, the highlight was sitting down in various locations of my house to unbox different goodies. Admittedly, we didn't do much, but I did manage to scoop up some products from Sephora—a couple of exciting new items are on their way too!

Travel Preparations

We’re gearing up for a weekend trip to visit my parents. Family visits are precious, especially since my sister lives in Hong Kong! I've taken the liberty to streamline my makeup and skincare for travel. Everything fits perfectly in my carry-on, which I’m excited to share as part of my travel favorites!

During the GRWM, I achieved a fresh look using the NARS eyeshadow stick and various other makeup essentials. We discussed color correcting and concealer options to brighten up the look. I shared tips on casual brunch looks and even did some quick touch-ups to get ready for breakfast.

Thoughtful Unboxings

I also received a lovely Dear Lucy marine antioxidant serum that piqued my interest for its brightening properties. It’s a brand I am keen to try out, focusing on clean ingredients. I’ll definitely provide an update about it in my next video.

Additionally, I shared my excitement about the Jolie shower filter I recently installed, aimed at improving water quality during showers to benefit our skincare regiment.

Family Quality Time

Once I reached my family's place, the real fun began! My sister and I enjoyed playing around with my mother's jewelry, taking the opportunity to try on beautiful pieces. We captured a lot of memories—and material for upcoming content!

We wrapped up with a dual unboxing of the Chanel blushes I ordered. Both shades were stunning, with Rose Radiant and Beige E standing out. Both blushes offered creamy yet powdery textures that are versatile for various looks.

Our dinner ended up being a lovely capstone to our short visit.
