Replying to @Tori I started out only doing at-home workouts and jogging outside. The first workout I ever tried was walking up and down a chair in my kitchen for 30 minutes a day… and I lost my first 10lbs this way! I also counted my calories (I know I know, this is tedious and not fun) but over time you won’t have to do this forever. Counting how much I ate vs. how much I burned helped me become more aware of the calories I needed to burn to lose weight. Now, I workout both at home and at the gym!
