I’ll get To in ingredients in a sec but Here’s the issue!! Actually.. There is none!! One Left is 100+ Grams at Half The Calories While The Right Is 64 Grams.. These videos are only meant to provide some information so you know your options.. Go LOWER in Cals with more volume if the goal requires it.. Or go HIGHER in Cals with less volume.. But lets Be Real, Peanut Butter is thought to be a good source protein when it really doesn’t have that much and can easily put people who are trying to lose weight in a surplus if they aren’t aware..
