“The Perfect Sear” Well i wouldnt call it perfect but its a cool way to “sear” your steak. Personally, i think ill stick to to searing directly over coals or in a cast iron. Thats just my preference. I can see myself using this to even out any bald spots from an uneven sear in a cast iron or maybe to crisp up chicken skin. Its also not bad at getting your coals lit. I give this a 7/10. Not perfect but also not bad. Should you buy it? Idk. Maybe. Its kinda cool to just have! #steak #perfectsear
