Use this for an end of the day hip flexor release - your knees and hips and low back will feel so much better. Especially if you’ve been doing all the stretching and it hasn’t been helping. Replying to @DillPickles415 Knee pain? Low back pain? Tight hip flexors? This is my go-to therapy ball mobilization for any sort of lower body pain. The quads can feel tight for many reasons but sitting has a lot to do with it - so if you sit, you have to try this. Keep me posted how it goes! 🥳 #bodynerd
